The hand-carved texture creates a festive crown around the center of this vase. When fired in the kiln, the glaze broke over the ridges in the clay, revealing the dark lines that decorate the piece. This vase can stand alone as a mantle piece, or you can add stones to the bottom to create drainage for a succulent.
